Professional Development Needs Assessment

The STEM Equity Pipeline project is specifically focused on increasing participants professional development knowledge on issues and strategies for increasing the participation of women and girls in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education programs and eventually careers. The purpose of this professional development needs assessment is to identify both methods and topics that will help you be more effective in offering teacher training on strategies for increasing the engagement of women and girls in STEM related career cluster programs of study. The results of your needs assessment will be used to help us develop national and participating state agendas for webinars, webcasts, podcasts, online courses, workshops and conferences conducted by the projects experts.
